In a world where instant is rarely quick enough (just think about how annoying it is when your celphone takes more than .025 seconds to find a connection…) it’s about time that the folks at Photoshop have come up with the ultimate cooking/baking software. I remember back in the day when I installed Photoshop on my first Mac and was trying to design an cassette cover for Rabbi Shmuel Brazil’s Mimaamakim. The idea was to have the letters Mimaamakim in hebrew with a picture of a sunset or the like showing only through the letters. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out how to do it so I called Photoshop and spoke with a gentleman named Thomas Knoll who told me he was not sure as no one had tried to do that with letters before but he’d call me back.
